Window Cleaning
First, All Clean inspects all windows, screens, and seals. Also checking for cracks, tears, water spotting, and blown seals. Cleaning out the tracks makes a huge difference. We use a mild soap and soft brushes on the interior and a water filtration system on the outside. Finally, we wipe down the frame as well as the sill itself. We offer services on the interior as well as exterior, including residential and commercial.
Interior- Entering the home, we wear booties over our shoes before we remove your screens then vacuum, wipe, or brush the tracks clean. Window panes are strip-washed and squeegeed, taking care not to scratch window tint. We finish by wiping down the frames and sills. Then reinstall the screens after the exterior is finished.
Also, on the inside we offer cleaning of mirrors and shower doors. Ceiling fans, replacing alarm batteries, and hard to reach light bulbs can be added as well
Exterior- We scrub down the exterior frames, clean all organic matter off panes, and rinse using a 4-stage filtration system including DI (Deionization) and RO (Reverse Osmosis) leaving your windows with a streak and spot free finish. We also offer new construction cleaning, paint removal, and hard water spot removal.
On the exterior we also offer Light fixture cleaning. We disassemble the light, clean the glass, fixture, and bulb, then reassemble. We also offer cleaning of ceiling fans, sky lights, security cameras and light poles.

I have tinted windows, will you scratch them?
No, we only use a soft cloth with mild detergent and rubber squeegees.
I have paint over spray on my windows, can you remove that?
Of course, if it's just a small amount we will remove it free of charge.
We just had our new windows installed, do you do post construction cleanup?
Yes, we do. We can remove the plastic film and paint over-spray, just contact us for a quote and we'll get you on the schedule ASAP.
We have water spots on our windows, can you treat that?
Yes we can. Depending on the severity of the buildup, we will advise you on your options.
I see you left water on the outside windows, are you going to squeegee that?
We use a 5-stage filtration system, it leaves a spot-free, streak-free finish leaving your windows All Clean!
I have light fixtures on my house and on poles in my yard, can you clean those as well?
Yes, we remove the bulb and wipe down the inside and outside of the fixture, cleaning all glass and the base of the light itself.
I have windows on my garage door are those included in my price?
They can be, just let use know when giving you an estimate.
I have one of those roll up screen doors, what do you do about those?
From the inside, we wipe down the screen with a damp microfiber towel, on the outside we scrub it with our water filtration system making sure all of you screens are clean.
I have a damaged screen, can you fix those?
Of course! If it's just a hole or torn screen, we will fix it on site. If you have a bent or broken frame, we will need to take it in for repairs.
